Common questions

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The Basic plan is free and lets you list up to 50 products with 3 staff accounts. You only pay if you need more.

Do I need a GST number?

You can create your store without one. Add it later from your store profile whenever you have it.

How do I get paid?

Orders are settled to your bank account. Cash on Delivery amounts are reconciled and paid out in the same cycle.

Who handles delivery?

You do, for now — you set your own delivery radius and minimum order value in your store profile.

Can I use it in Tamil?

The seller app works fine for Tamil product names and descriptions. A full Tamil interface is on the way.
